Job Description

You will lead planning and scheduling activities supporting major nuclear infrastructure delivery programmes.

You ensure integrated planning, reporting accuracy, and alignment with strategic project milestones.

You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive planning excellence across complex project environments.

📊 Develop and maintain integrated schedules aligned with work breakdown structures

🔗 Ensure fully logic-linked plans supporting efficient lifecycle project delivery

📈 Drive planning frameworks integrating reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

⚠️ Analyse risks and opportunities to inform evidence-based planning decisions

🧩 Integrate supply chain schedules into a unified project planning structure

📅 Deliver timely planning reports aligned to defined stakeholder reporting cycles

🎯 Challenge baseline strategies to optimise project delivery sequencing

🔍 Lead schedule analysis including trends, changes, and performance indicators

🤝 Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with project values and objectives

Qualifications

🎓 Degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline

📅 Strong experience in planning within complex regulated industries

🧠 Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

📢 Ability to communicate complex planning insights clearly

🛠️ Expertise in Primavera P6 and planning tools

📊 Understanding of earned value management and project controls disciplines

📑 Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks

🔍 Experience with schedule risk analysis techniques

🤝 Strong stakeholder collaboration across organisational boundaries

💻 Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools
