AI summary: Senior Product Manager leads EMEA region for enterprise SaaS platform, owning regional product strategy, customer engagement across multiple countries, and translating business commitments into engineering roadmaps.
We are looking for a Regional Product Manager to lead EMEA on our SaaS platform. EMEA is where our enterprise customer engagements concentrate today β wave-based multi-country rollouts, joint Centres of Excellence, and the operational depth that comes with serving global hearing care retailers at scale. This is a senior role for someone who has done enterprise B2B SaaS at depth, is energised by multi-country complexity, and wants to work inside a product organisation where strategy is co-owned and execution is taken seriously.
Your job is to take a defined slice of that strategy β EMEA region, our enterprise customer engagements, and the global vs local product standard β and run it at senior depth. You will not be starting from a blank page. You will be joining a product organisation that has a clear frame, and your job is to make that frame real for our biggest customers and our largest region.
You will report to the VP Product, who owns our portfolio strategy and product operating model.
This is a senior execution-and-strategy role with real scope, not a vision-setting role. If you thrive inside a thoughtful strategic frame and want to operate at enterprise depth, you will enjoy this role. If you need to invent the portfolio direction to feel ownership, this is not the right fit β and that is worth knowing up front.
EMEA regional leadership:
Own the Manage product relationship across EMEA β covering enterprise customer engagements that operate across many countries, alongside non-enterprise EMEA markets as commercial expansion brings them into scope.
Be the product voice in joint Centres of Excellence and wave-based rollout governance for our enterprise customers in region. Credible in front of executive stakeholders, country general managers, and programme leadership.
Translate wave-level commitments into quarterly product outcomes that engineering teams can execute against.
Shape Manage requirements for EMEA β configuration, localisation, reimbursement and billing particularities, regulatory environments β feeding into the Manage roadmap.
Protect the platform from fragmenting under enterprise pressure β every enterprise-specific decision gets weighed against the global standard, with exceptions formally logged.
The global vs local product standard:
Co-own, with the VP Product, the written rules for what is global in Manage and what is configurable per country (our 70β30 principle). Lead day-to-day execution of the standard, in active coordination with the Regional PM Americas and any peer regional PMs as they are hired.
Resolve global vs local conflicts in partnership with peer regional PMs and platform PMs, escalating to the VP Product only when genuinely unresolved.
Keep the standard a living document that engineering, delivery, and customer success can all point to when making decisions.
Customer and market proximity:
Stay close to the hearing care retail market through constant interaction with customers, country leaders, and users. The role is customer-facing by design.
Establish and run tactical and strategic customer advisory boards for the enterprise and regional scope you own.
Bring market input β from individual clinic managers to country GMs β into product decisions that need to reflect local reality.
Working across the organisation:
Partner with Product Owners to specify solutions for development and to operate a healthy backlog.
Build, challenge, and defend market-relevant deliveries internally and with customers.
Contribute to product demonstrations and sales enablement content as the subject-matter expert (Product Marketing owns the production).
Report product line results, issues, and opportunities on a regular cadence.
Cooperate with Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success β including in customer and partner meetings where product leadership is needed.
How the success looks like in your first year:
The EMEA region is running product-led, with enterprise programmes advancing on plan and without the kind of escalations that burn months of goodwill.
The global vs local product standard (v1) is signed off and visibly in use across engineering, delivery, and customer success.
The regional rhythm with the peer Regional PM Americas (and APAC when that hire is made) is established and working β shared standards governed jointly, regional decisions made cleanly.
The product team is demonstrably less dependent on hero-PM firefighting. Colleagues working on adjacent Manage scope have room to breathe.
We can credibly represent enterprise product management on Manage to any new prospect or wave that materialises, without VP-level depth being the differentiator.
8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, including at least 3 years at enterprise customer scale β multi-country deployments, formal programme governance, executive-facing engagement.
Direct experience as the product person on enterprise customer relationships with a Centre of Excellence, wave-based rollouts, or comparable multi-market programmes.
A track record of holding the line on a global product standard under enterprise pressure β examples of saying no, landing compromises, and protecting the platform from invisible forks.
Executive-credible in front of enterprise customers. Comfortable chairing rooms that include C-level customer stakeholders and country general managers.
Full lifecycle product management: discovery, prioritisation, outcome-based roadmapping, clear engineering handoffs. Comfortable with agile delivery.
Strong writing β roadmaps, standards documents, executive-facing briefs. This role produces as much written work as spoken.
Data-driven and analytical. Comfortable working with customer, usage, and commercial data to inform decisions.
Experience working with international customers; comfortable across cultures and time zones.
Relevant degree: MSc, BSc, or equivalent professional experience.
AI-fluency in how you work and how you think about product. You use modern AI tooling in your daily craft and have been part of bringing AI features to market β enough to make sound product judgements about what AI can and cannot do, not necessarily enough to qualify as an AI specialist.
Bonus points for:
Hearing care, medtech, clinical software, or other regulated healthcare B2B SaaS background.
Adjacent domain experience: optical retail, dental practice management, veterinary practice software, or similar specialty healthcare retail.
Experience operating as a regional product leader within a multi-region organisation β coordinating with peer PMs in other regions on shared standards.
Comfortable with business case development and commercial thinking at product level.
Track record of working alongside a VP or CPO where your role was to execute at depth inside someone elseβs strategic frame.
Project management craft (formal methodology not required; the instinct matters more than the certification).
Key traits:
A strong communicator, persuasive in writing and verbally, with the judgement to know which mode fits which situation.
Comfortable with enterprise politics β patient, specific, and precise β without being consumed by them.
Energised by elevating the audiology industry and enhancing the patient experience when they enter a hearing clinic.
Someone who thinks in systems. You enjoy finding the one decision that resolves ten downstream conflicts, rather than solving them one at a time.
Long-term engagement in a stable, growing SaaS company.
Remote-first and async-friendly with flat organizational structure.
High bar for product quality.
A team that values depth over hype: production quality over flashy prototypes.
A culture that values personal growth as much as business outcomes.
A global team that spans Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.
Feels like itβs a perfect match to you?
We look forward to your application! (please submit your English CV)
